NYC-based live-looping artist Adam Ahuja uses a compact multi-instrumental setup of keys, drum-pads, beatboxing, and vocals to layer intricate yet accessible "jazz-rock-space-hop" into single take performances of his music. Adam combines a love for groove with an obsession with harmony, while flavoring his compositions with metaphysically-bent singing and rhymes and a dose of the improvisational spirit.

Après avoir accompagné de fameux artistes tels que Robert Randolph & the Family Band et Ana Popovic, partagé la scène avec des musiciens de renom comme Terry Harrison (Talking Heads Band), Questlove (The Roots), Kenny Wayne Shepard…, Adam fonde Infinity Gritty, label musical en partenariat avec le célèbre label indépendant RopeaDope (lauréat de nombreux prix et Grammys).
Attentif à toutes les nouvelles formes de productions musicales, le pianiste Adam Ahuja lance son projet solo et élabore un set original pour la scène. Véritable laboratoire, il fait se côtoyer claviers vintage (Rhodes, moog), synthétiseurs, pads, loopstation ainsi d’autres expérimentations (beatbox...) créant un style aux nouvelles lignes qualifié poétiquement par lui même de « Jazz-rock-space-hop ».
Rachel Ombredane and Stéphane Avellaneda are a flute and drums duo. Yes, that's correct, from the back of the orchestra and the back of the band to the front of the stage. Rachel earned her degree(s) in flute, musicology, and vocals at esteemed Parisian schools, and Stef cut his teeth on the world stage touring with Serbian guitarist Ana Popovic. Both have the skill to play and perform the music of their choosing, and together they are RoSaway - a sort of pop, sort of electronic, sort of Jazz band with flute, drums and Rachel's otherworldly vocal.

RoSaWay, c’est un mélange surprenant et original.
D’un côté la flûte traversière ; de l’autre, la batterie. Et au milieu de ces deux rives, coule la voix de Rachel. Empreinte de douceur, cette voix caressante dessine les lignes d’une pop teintée de jazz, chantée en anglais et ponctuée de son accent frenchy. Nostalgiques des génériques de séries B américaines des années 70, leurs chansons aux couleurs résolument vintage, ne sombrent pas dans le pastiche d’une musique d’antan. Davantage un hommage à la production musicale de cette époque, leur musique ne s’interdit pas des couleurs plus modernes grâce à l’usage de sons électroniques.
